Are you passionate about making a difference in your community and gaining hands-on experience in the political field? Join our campaign for New Jersey’s 10th Congressional District! We’re looking for motivated volunteers to fill various in-person and remote positions. Whether you’re eager to dive into the world of politics or simply want to contribute to a cause you believe in, we have a role for you!

​Available Positions:

 

1. Campaign Manager

As the Campaign Manager, you’ll be the backbone of the campaign, overseeing all activities and ensuring everything runs smoothly. You’ll work closely with the candidate to develop strategies, manage the team, and keep the campaign on track toward success.

 

2. Communications Director

The Communications Director will craft and manage the campaign’s messaging, ensuring our voice is consistent and compelling across all media platforms. You’ll handle media relations, press releases, and social media strategy.

 

3. Political Canvasser

As a Political Canvasser, you’ll be the face of the campaign in the community. You’ll go door-to-door, engage with voters, share our message, and gather valuable feedback. This role is crucial for building grassroots support.

 

4. Editor/Social Media Intern

In this role, you’ll create and edit content for our social media platforms, keeping followers informed and engaged. You’ll use tools like Canva to design posts, and you’ll work closely with the communications team to ensure our message reaches the community.

 

5. Photographer/Videographer

Capture the energy of the campaign by photographing and filming events, rallies, and community interactions. Your work will be used across our social media channels and campaign materials, helping to visually tell our story.

 

6. Researcher

As a Researcher, you’ll dive deep into political issues, opposition research, and voter demographics. Your research will inform campaign strategies and help shape our messaging on key issues.

 

7. Weekly Newsletter Creator

Take charge of our weekly newsletter! You’ll craft engaging updates on campaign activities, events, and key issues, ensuring our supporters are always in the loop. You’ll work with the communications team to polish the content before it goes out every Monday.

 

8. Phone Banker

Connect with voters directly by making calls to share our campaign message, answer questions, and encourage voter participation. This role is essential for reaching a broader audience and increasing voter turnout.

9. Speechwriter

As a Speechwriter, you’ll work closely with the candidate to craft compelling speeches for rallies, debates, and events. Your words will inspire and mobilize our supporters.

 

10. Content Creator

If you have a flair for storytelling, join us as a Content Creator! You’ll develop blog posts, articles, and other written materials that communicate our campaign’s values and goals to the public.

 

11. Graphic Designer

Use your design skills to create eye-catching campaign materials, from flyers to social media graphics. Your work will help visually communicate our message and keep the campaign brand consistent.

 

12. Data Director

The Data Director will manage voter data, track campaign progress, and analyze trends. Your insights will be critical in targeting our outreach efforts and maximizing our impact.

 

13. Event Coordinator

Plan and execute campaign events, including rallies, fundraisers, and town halls. You’ll manage logistics, coordinate with vendors, and ensure each event runs smoothly and effectively.

 

14. Volunteer Coordinator

As the Volunteer Coordinator, you’ll recruit, train, and manage our team of volunteers, ensuring they’re motivated and well-prepared to support the campaign’s efforts.

 

15. Community Organizer

Build and maintain relationships with local community groups and leaders. You’ll be our liaison in the community, ensuring that our campaign resonates with and is supported by local residents.

 

16. Fundraising Coordinator

The Fundraising Coordinator will lead efforts to raise the funds necessary to keep the campaign running. You’ll organize fundraising events, manage donor relations, and ensure we meet our financial goals.
